After spending thousands of pounds with BSL, the final fixing of leaks in a new bathroom simply wasn't attended to and after several communications and a few months of waiting patiently, we eventually had to give up and get another plumber in to fix the faulty installation

Fantastic job and highly recommended Ben has just completed a complete bathroom make-over which consisted of knocking 2 rooms into one, and replacing my old boiler. The job took a little longer than originally expected but this was because no compromise was made on the detail and standard of finish. Very professional and friendly. Also handy with a hoover each evening to ensure the working area remained as clean as possible! I highly recommend Ben and the associates he uses to complete the non-plumbing aspects of a job.

Ben recently did a variety of work at my elderly parents house. He was very knowledgeable and solved one problem which we have had looked at numerous times before by other plumbers.
