In reality i had to wait 4 weeks without hearing a word, after a few calls i was told still being decided, fortunately i found somewhere else that also gave me a better offer. thankfully really after reading some reviews. don't say you'll be in touch if you aren't, pick up the phone and let people knowWednesday 2nd October 2019
Matthew Tucker1 StarThis organisation are possibly the worst I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. No information flow, no dates for installation and training, engineers arrives and leaves site without completing the job, yet no one contacted me to explain or inform me when the engineer would be back. I have had to make 2 hours of phone calls purely down to the worst customer services I have ever experienced.
