Jenny Bailey5 StarEngaged company to replace a rusty radiator.Ethan, their operative who came was punctual, extremely courteous and very diligent. Replaced the radiator with great care & attention ensuring no leaks and then tested again for leakage with the heating system running. Only departed once he was sure everything was in good working order.

Today they came to fix my leaking bathroom tap. Service is excellent, the customer service team (on phone) are so polite & so friendly & explain everything in detail, they make sure you are happy with everything & understand everything.
The team that come out have been brilliant too, polite, clean up after themselves, & respect my no shoes in the house rule 🤭 which is important to me 🙈. Always do an excellent job & book me in really quickly so I don't have to wait too long.
One thing I absolutely love is that they tell me what they are doing or have done, they explain in detail, I like doing a bit of DIY & it's always handy to learn for when I buy my own house. Or even if I don't dare attempt to fix it myself (better to leave it to the professionals) it's still great to know how it's done.
Brilliant company, seem very trustworthy too. They don't bull**** you to try & gt more out of the job then actually needs doing 👍Friday 1st July 2022
