Dan prides himself on his craftsmanship and customer service and has achieved a lot of recognition for the past training that he has done and all of the work that he has produced.

He offers his property maintenance services to private customers and focuses mostly on the domestic sector, he also covers a vast area of the construction business from full property refurbishments to handyman work.

Dan is a highly reliable tradesperson. He has learnt a lot doing various property renovation works throughout his career and after qualifying as an electrician in 2012 has had experience in training apprentices, managing busy contracts, adhering to tight deadlines, travelling, wiring show homes, apartments, large houses. Dan has been on an asbestos awareness course, a Site Supervisor Safety Training, won numerous NHBC quality awards. Dan played a part in winning an NHBC Supreme award. Dan continues to learn new skills and is also an excellent Plasterer, Decorator and is confident doing some Carpentry, Tiling, and various other aspects within construction. It is also worth noting that since starting Budworth Property Maintenance Dan has carefully hand picked a select few tradespeople who he chooses to recommend to his clients and says he would only ever pass on details of someone who he believes is extremely genuine and reliable when the job needs it.
