Jenni Paris4 StarA great company who look after its customers. Always encountered polite and helpful staff whom visit to carry out my yearly checks. Office staff happy to help only negative I can say is I found it frustrating that my email was ignored when asking for information but a Rhys in customer service relayed my concern to a lovely lady Heather who immediately rang me and ensured I had all the information I needed. Jonathan Lockton (lockton9334)1 StarThis company not only provides alarm systems which do not report correctly to an outsourced monitoring station, unnoticed for nearly 3 months, they are late to sales appointments, and cannot manage basic accounting functions either. I can only think the reason they are still in business is because they are signing up customers unknowingly and underhandedly to 5 year contracts. Avoid at all costs!Thursday 9th April 2020
