Took my van in for 0800 for a full service. My van was taken directly into the workshop and work commenced before I had left. Garage rang me at 10am to inform me my van was ready for collection with nothing to report. Extremely happy with the service provided and the politeness of the staff. Would recommend 👌

The worst experience I ever had. First of all, they must learn how to communicate and stop lying to a customer. They took our car and said they have to wait for a warranty to answer first, and once they get the confirmation they will start straight away. But when I called them (I think it was the owner) they said to stop calling them as they have a lot of cars so we must wait. I have kids and I was booking a taxi to take them to school. When we dropped our car at the garrage we asked how long it will take, because we need our car back as soon as possible. He didn't mention that he is busy, only said it's up to the warranty. We had a problem with SOS battery which needed to be changed. This is one of the reasons why we came to them. Straight away he told us to ignore it as it is not important. He said he has the same problem in his car and he never fixed it, already a bad indication on his work ethics . Furthermore, I have an app on my phone which shows various information on my car. On the app it shows that my car was unlocked at 8am, but once I called them I was told it is parked in the nearby car park. Also, it shows that the car drove 3 miles even though their car park is 10m away from the garage. Think twice before you use this garage as there's a lot of bad reviews and I have experienced it myself.

First time I have used this garage, and would highly recommed them. I had my MOT and Full service done, they kept me informed and give me a price for the work prior to undertaken it. I will be using their services again !! Thanks CG Autos

I had my car checked in for an issue with sparkplugs and it turned out the issues were with the coils and wiring. They sorted the issues out, showed me how much it was before they did any work and also provided the workings out of how much everything cost. They even added some extra work free of charge just to make sure it all worked fine. Will definitely go back for any issues with my car and or for MOT.
