Quite possibly the best buying experience I've had in a very long time. I bought a used cb1000r from CJ Ball, Colin was the salesperson I was dealing with. He was absolutely brilliant, from the first phone call, to handing over the bike. Colin kept me up to date on a regular basis, answered every question I had, and nothing was too much trouble. Every other motorcycle dealer should get lessons from Colin on how to treat customers. The bike was exactly as described and immaculate when I arrived to collect my new bike.

Just bought an Africa Twin from CJ Ball and couldn't have had a better experience. Colin did a great job of talking me through the machine, even taking the time to point out a tiny scratch, thereby showing his integrity. The workshop did a great job of fitting engine bars and a centre stand. And Alex was fantastic delivering the bike to me - friendly, professional and thorough.
