If I could give 0 stars, I would, awful experience - poor communication, non-responsive, unprofessional. We were due to have our flooring replaced and were originally booked in on 19 November. We had begun emptying our living room clear of all furniture and called them the day before just to confirm what time they were due to arrive, only to be told that the engineer had contracted Covid-19 and wouldn't be coming (no indication from them beforehand). They then rearranged to come in on 13 June (over 6 months later) and we were told that we might not have to clear the living room and they will let us know. We phoned them a week before to find out whether or not it would need to be cleared, and were told they would come back to us, three days later we had still not heard anything, so called them again, they said they would call us back. We had to call them again the following day and were told that the engineer had left the company and they had not found a replacement so would not be coming. They then called us back half an hour later to say they wouldn't be able to do it at all and cancelled the whole job. I honestly believe that had we not called them on both occasions beforehand, they just would not have turned up.

Eastern frames really impressed. me They came today to replace all five windows and front and back door. Obviously experts in their field. They arrived at 8.30. began work immediately within three hours had all the front fitted. I'm impressed with how they worked together and the high standards of workmanship and professionalism. They made good outside brickwork and finished inside to a high standard. Leaving me with minimal paint touch up. I'm highly delighted and all done in a day. I can't praise them enough. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing replacement windows and doors satisfied customer. Jay Carr of castle acre

The triumph of non-professionalism, not only arrogant but also inept. That's the story of my interactions with them: the intervention was scheduled for February 15th. The same morning they call to tell me that they can only arrive on March 2nd! On the morning of March 1st, they call with the most naïve of attitudes to communicate that they do not know when they will be able to intervene. After a few minutes, they call to tell me they will be in my apartment on March 9th. The same afternoon they call to tell me that "the engineer can't come". Ridiculous.

Very disappointed with this company. Their engineer did not show up to rectify some electrical problems at our home. As it was a Sunday, we were not able to call and find out why he was a no-show. The worst part is, not only was the engineer supposed to rectify our unsafe electrics (as identified by them), but this is the second time they have bailed on us. The first time, they cancelled our appointment without rescheduling it, simply telling us that the engineer was not available. I had to call them to rearrange this present appointment where the engineer did not show up. Their lack of professionalism and total disregard for the customer is appalling. We had to rearrange some many personal things, including hospital appointments (for the first appointment which THEY cancelled ) just to accommodate their engineer, who obviously is exceedingly irresponsible. I would avoid this company at all costs!

Excellent customer service. Called these guys with a problem and an engineer attended the same day & fixed first time. Cheap & efficient. Highly recommended.
