Perfect 👌 Charles took his boots off and put a dust sheet down where he was working. Really polite and understanding. The pricing was far. I cannot recommend his company enough. Will be using his company again.

Charlie came out for an emergency at 9pm he was very polite and very thorough when looking for the problem. Once found he informed us with the problem and how it needed to be sorted. Charlie was very polite, organised and knowledgeable couldn’t fault his service one bit.

I had my boiler changed 3 years ago by Worcester bosch. Before they changed it I asked them to leave the underfloor heating valve allow. Unfortunately they took it out, I called them back 3 times to get my underfloor heating working. They refitted the valve but my underfloor heating did not work. I have had 5 different companies try to get it working again. 4 out of 5 times they said they got it working but come winter the underfloor heating did not work. On the 5th time charles came out and had a look at it. He told me he didn't have the cable on the van. So he came back the next day and got it working. He would not take any money off me into I could feel the heating working. I paid him less then any other company that tried to get it to work. He gave me a price for a new electric board. I am going to have it done beginning of 2021. Top bloke I would recommend him to anyone.
