All the staff were attentive and kind, drinks were very good, seating very comfortable if you have some time to kill and they have a calm and hassle free atmosphere compared to the rest of the venues.

Allowed people to queue for an hour before being seated only to then tell them that a huge portion of the menu was not available, including the only vegan options! Why didn’t they tell people who were queuing?! Rather than wasting everyone’s time. Staff were rude, rushed, clearly hated their jobs and had no interest in customer feedback. I don’t care whether this is a restaurant in an airport or standing alone in a city - customer service, quality products and value for money matters regardless. This place had none

This place is awful avoid at all costs! Sincerely I never post things like this but it was dreadful! So firstly the price for me and my wife was £58. We had a burger each and one drink. How can you get a burger wrong? It was like eating carboard that was unseasoned! Oh I didn't mention we queued for this exquisite experience. You better of getting a sandwich from M&S.

We were served by a lovely girl from Corsham.She looked after us really well and it made a great start to our holiday. We usually go to a different airport bar but will use Cabin bar again as much better pre flight experience.Give her a pay rise, a very valued member of staff. House rose was excellent.
