Very nice place to have a coffee. They have some vegan options and variety of vegan milks. The vegan croissant was great! I prefer it with chocolate but the texture of the croissant was wonderful!

Service was quick and friendly. Coffee good as you would expect. If you're drinking in space is fairly limited and some of the seating is "tight" for getting into and out of. But overall a good stopping point near the Grand Arcade.

Incredibly slow to serve, took about 30 mins to even put an order in. They were only using takeaway cups, even for people sitting in which was a shame - creating unnecessary waste! I was also overcharged, and when I raised it, the server seemed to not care at all so I gave up. No apology for the obviously very long wait time. On the upside, our coffees were hot and tasted good.

This is an example of how bad management can turn a well know brand/franchise to a dirty malfunctioning short staffed place. We were second in line for a coffee, a hot chocolate, and a pastry it took about 15min for us to get served and the first person just had a coffee or so. The drinks were not good, watery coffee and a chocolate far away from how it is advertised (Belgian blablabla) The state of the counter where the drinks were prepared was at least filthy... Dirty dried-out used cups, coffee powder etc. But it clearly not the staffs fault. Just three people on a busy time. The poor barista,clearly a newly trained, struggling alone; one guy washing up and one cleaning tables! No wonder the place looked like this! Bad management! Just because they got a good spot in the city centre they think they can collect money with no quality!

A great place to enjoy a good cup of coffee...in the outside of the Caffé. It would be lovely that they provide some benches in the sidewalk or even some trash bins. The coffee is good and the quality of the pastries are excellent. The portions size are fine but it is a little bit pricey.
