I generally go in store to purchase as it's an easy location for me. I don't think my business could survive without this place. They have so much choice and the price is much more reasonable compared to most other like this. It's always fun to go in and be that kid in a candy shop choosing all these exciting products. It's also inspiring because of the amount of choice they have, I can get really creative with my pastry. I can see they work hard on site and they are always super friendly. I've tried other places for products (for delivery purposes) and it's just never as good.

Avaid this company at all costs!! I placed an order, it wasn’t sent out on time. When it did finally arrive, an item was missing. I emailed for a reply that stated that the item was still out of stock and if “I” wanted to keep an eye out and let them know they will send it out!! ! The really awful point is that I can actually go onto the website right now and order the exact item for next day delivery. This company wants to take your money and I believe they hope you will forget to chase it up. I have just spoken to customer services who are going to get the item sent out to me within the next couple of days. Appalling

I was quite hesitant to come and shop at this business due to the reviews but I looked past it and gave it a chance. You would honestly think the reviews were speaking about a different shop. In store shopping was a great experience and everyone was lovely and helpful. I will definitely be returning
