They are very responsive and I was able to book them in straightaway. They gave a suitable date/time to come out and kept to it. Both Ryan and Jim are polite and easy to approach. They listened to our concerns and did a thorough job. We had issues with our consumer unit that another electrician missed and sorted it for us straightaway. They also called Western power for us when they noticed we had an issue with the mains wiring that they aren't permitted to deal with.
