After meeting with the owner, and him giving us his expert feedback on what needed to be done, we decided to follow his recommendations. With great communication and a detailed plan of what could be achieved at an affordable rate, we now have our beautiful Porsche Tycan back to its showroom standard. Alex Moitt (AM76)5 StarI used C.A.R.S due to a bump in my car in 2021 and they did an absolute fantastic job, they were friendly and professional. They gave me use of a car whilst mine was being done, which as I am a community nurse was great. I even got a bottle of wine left in my car when I collected it. They dealt with my insurance and made everything so easy for me.
Then recently I returned to them as the paint had come off the bonnet and I wondered if it was due to their work, it turns out I had some more damage which had caused the paint to come away. Despite it not being a fault of theirs they corrected the damage completely free of charge!! It's a shame they don't do all car repairs! They are the most friendliest garage I've been to, and will not hesitate in recommending and using them again.Friday 4th March 2022

James is extremely efficient and helpful, in fact he goes the extra mile, pointing out a couple of minor issues with my van that I was unaware of. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. mark griggs5 StarI just picked up my car from C.A.R.S body repairs in Derby. I spent 10 minutes with a bright light trying to see the repair and it was impossible as the work was immaculate!! Not only was the work carried out done to perfection, it was competitive and the service was very professional, you are also treated with up most courtesy.
