One of our nationwide installation team members will be attending an address you have provided, completing installation, demonstration and training if required of product(s) you have purchased from our website. Mobile installation service may be restricted to specific post code coverage on certain products. Where this is applied, please check your post code is highlighted in green on the map provided at the bottom of the relevant product page. Store and mobile installation dates must be selected 7 days after to the date of your purchase. Our booking team will be in contact with you via phone or email up to 48 hours after your order has been confirmed. We will discuss an agreed date and time of installation, hence the date you enter during your purchase would only be a preferred date. Thereafter, you will receive a confirmation email of the confirmed date booked for one of our installation services. ‘It is extremely important that the information provided by you is 100% accurate & up-to-date for us to ensure the flow of mobile installation operates without any further issues. Any inaccurate information provided, lateness more than 30 minutes or unattendance of an individual in the moment of an agreed time & date of Installation will result in the service being non-refundable. The company reserves the right to not provide any refunds of mobile or store installation services that are derived from incorrect time, date and vehicle details, vehicle type details or incompatibility of product to the vehicle or vehicle to the product. Therefore, we highly recommend to you that any doubts in the purchase of goods or service you are unsure of must be resolved by contacting our team or with the manufactures. If you are unavailable at an agreed time & date or if there is any other information that you may feel needs to be corrected. Please contact us on 0208 554 5554 48 hours before Installation date excluding weekends & bank holidays to avoid any further delays. If you wish to cancel a mobile service, then please contact us 72 hours before Installation date, then Car Sound Security reserves the right to only providing a half refund of the mobile service back to you. For example, if your mobile installation cost is £100, then only £50 will be refunded. If a vehicle equipment or accessory has already been dispatched to you, there will usually be a further £19.95 fee to cover the cost of postage.’ Please ensure you read the Terms and Conditions before going ahead with your purchase. As this is only brief information. Delivery will usually be conducted between 3 - 5 working days on the basis in which payment and security processes would be verified and cleared of checks. Next day delivery is available on selected items with an additional fee of £9.95. had the ghost system fitted today and i am really happy with it. first of all booking in my car was very easy and quick, once i got to the shop the staff were very helpful and informed me what was going to be happening and half long it would take which i was very happy with as i had to wait for it. after the fitment and download they then went through it with me on how it all works. very glad i choose them to upgrade my car and grateful to them for looking after it. two years on and i came back to get my ghost system update for insurance reasons and the service they gave me was amazing, thanks again for all your help.

Chris was great. He provided a very professional service and he was very thorough. He took me through the manual; walked me through the whole process of setting and resetting the system until I was confident with the system. Worth every penny. I would highly recommend the services of this family run business to anyone considering upgrading their car security system.

I'm very happy with my recent purchases from Car Sound Security. Would definitely recommend these guys. I was booked in for Friday however the store had a cancellation and managed to complete the works a day earlier than scheduled. The fitters work was very professionally done (as good as factory fit), and the technical team were very knowledgeable. The prices were competitively priced, however the special offers are worth looking at. 5/5 Stars all day long!

Purchased from and had a Dash Cam installed at Car Sound Security and really glad I chose these guys. They were really helpful when advising me what would be good for my car with no pressure sales. The installation was 1st class with all wires neatly hidden away and they spent as much time as I needed to help me set up the app on my phone and explain everything about the camera system. All the staff are really friendly great guys and I can highly recommend Car Sound Security. Rob.

Chris provided an amazing service from start to finish. Not only was he very informative on answering the many questions I had, he was also very professional and patient. As this was my first time fitting in a car security system, I had many questions and potential scenarios mapped out in my head that I could potentially cross and Chris was able to explain my expectations and actions on the different types of occasions I may come across after installation.
