I arranged a date and time to fit the Ghost 2 system to my vehicle, I needed an AM time due to commitments I had in the afternoon, I was given a 10:30 time with a 1 to 2 hour fitting time perfect! At 11:30 on the agreed date the engineer hadn’t turned up, with no phone call or text to explain the reason for a delay, so I rang them, only to be told we are just leaving now we will be about 30 minutes, 10:30 becomes 13:00 without any explanation or apology, Reading all the impartial reviews 😉 I reluctantly agree they would probably have done a great job. When they eventually turn up. Still waiting for an explanation………..

Cannot recommend this company any higher. Every car I own going forwards will have a Ghost installed by them. Peace of mind and when you watch the CCTV of the scum bag trying to steal your car using the methods they use daily and fail! it is amazing to feel you got one over the scum bags. If you have a keyless car get a ghost fitted. Thank you to Luke who fitted the units we have.

I hoped I received the same service as all these 5 star reviews but sadly no. 2 failed attempts at booking online where I originally thought the system may have cut out but I think I was maybe ignored. I spoke to someone on the phone who told me to expect a text link for payment. I received nothing. I would give 0 stars if I could. I received no service. Abysmal.

I phoned Car Security systems in Sutton Coldfield to ask them about fitting a Ghost II Immobiliser to my car, after giving Luke the information on my car he advised me that the Ghost system was no good as it causes loads of problems with the electrical system and recommended another Thatcham approved Immobiliser, which was cheaper than the Ghost, so we agreed the Immobiliser and booked a date for the Installation. The day of the Installation came and sure enough the engineers turned up and introduced, themselves to me, there was Lewis and Josh who told me what they were about to do and set to work installing the Immobiliser. What a pair of lovely lads, they were thoroughly professional and their work was second to none, they were an asset to the security company they were representing. After completing the Installation Lewis showed me what they had done and explained in depth how it worked, I paid the fee and away they went and everything was working great. What I haven’t told you is that I had, had another company out from Halifax called 999 Vehicle Security Ltd and one of their so called engineers had been over previously and attempted to fit a Ghost II Immobiliser to my car and caused all sorts of issues with the electrical system which cost me £75 to sort out, as Luke had told me it would do. The other company left me in the lurch and never ever got back to me to sort their mess out although I phoned them and emailed them a number of times,Just remember the company’s name, 999 Vehicle Security Systems Ltd of Halifax, steer clear of these cowboys. On Christmas Day We we’re going over to my daughters for our Christmas dinner and the car decided not to start, I eventually git it going and after the Christmas holiday I contacted Luke who supplied and had fitted the Immobiliser, just before Christmas, he told me that the system he had supplied had never caused any issues before and he arranged to come over and sort the problem out as soon as he could, it transpired that Luke had contracted Covid and was self isolating but gave me a date when he would be coming over and true to his word he and Josh turned up on the day and time he had given me. The issue wasn’t anything to do with the work his lads had done, it was an issue with the other company who had failed to fit the Ghost II. The problem was swiftly sorted out by Luke and Josh and they left, they never charged me anything even though it wasn’t their fault. I would just like to thank all of the people concerned, Luke Lewis and Josh. It was a pleasure dealing with a really genuine company and I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone, they were pleasant, professional and very knowledgable, the main thing though is that they did what they said and they phoned me back when they said, a rare thing in our world today. If you are looking for an Immobiliser for your car, then get in touch with Luke and his company will be only to pleased to help, well done one and all, you truly are an exceptional company.

Excellent service all round. Would recommend Car Theft Solutions to anyone. My fitter Lewis was a credit to the company and explained everything perfectly 👌. Danielle replied to all my emails prior to booking very promptly so thanks again. I can now sleep better now knowing my pride and joy is safe thanks to Car Theft Solutions. Thanks, Lee
