I would highly recommend Jess and her team. They cared for my mum for the 7 months prior to her passing in November and the care they provided was second to none. My mum was 100 years old but still able to have “banter” with her new best friends and the bonds they made were amazing to witness. Nothing was ever too much trouble for any of them. They treated my mum with total respect and dignity throughout. The communication was fantastic and I knew mum was in good hands. They became like a second family to me and each and every one of the team will always have a place in my heart. Caring Folk, I wish you all the very best for the future. I miss you all xx

The Caring Folk team have been providing care and support to my Father and Stepmother for the past 2 years. During this time I have got to know Jess and her team well. I am extremely grateful for the help they have provided particularly during COVID and living so far from my parents. The team have been consistent, flexible to meet the needs which have varied over time. The carers have always been very friendly and thorough in meeting my parents needs. They have provided vital social interaction when visiting was very challenging. Jess has gone above and beyond to provide care and support to my Father , being able to respond to his needs very quickly which has been so reassuring. Jess is an excellent communicator, providing an effective link between myself and other local health and social care professionals.She runs an efficient and well organised service. She always returns calls very quickly which is so helpful. I would definitely recommend Caring Folk to anyone looking for a care package/ support.

I wanted my terminally ill husband, Mark, to stay at home for the last few months of his illness, rather than for him to go into a hospice. Caring Folk allowed this to happen by providing excellent care twice daily for more than two months. Their help included full personal care, getting Mark washed and dressed, as well as dealing with all aspects of his incontinence. A couple of times each week they sat with Mark while I went out for a much-needed break. They handled him with great care and tenderness and could not have done more. We were both so grateful to have their help. Without exception, the girls were all wonderful; I could not have coped without them. Every staff member I met was delightful. Always full of kindness, empathy, and professionalism. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I previously deal with a different care provider but found them totally unsatisfactory. Caring Folk are exactly as their name describes, caring folk.
