I have always found them very professional and caring but on this recent stay they went out of their way to look after her as she had recently suffered an accident and subsequent operation. I felt comfortable in leaving her with them and was particularly touched that they kept me updated on her progress.Friday 27th May 2022

Carmen Cooper2 StarOur cat stayed for two weeks here. The whole process felt very transactional, nothing personal. We weren't allowed to look around the premises or settle our beloved cat in. Nothing personal was allowed either. They also weren't very accommodating with drop off timing which made it difficult for us. We wouldn't use them again.Sunday 9th January 2022
