M Lain5 StarCastle windows have just replaced all of our windows and front door. Everything from start to finish went like a dream. Didn't feel pressured or pushed into making a decision. Paul, who came out to measure and price, was so professional, friendly and polite. Price was amazing. Survey was done promptly and professionally. Fitting started on the day we were quoted. The fitters were brilliant, Matty and James,very hard working and extremely polite, always on time and with an exceptional finish to the job. I will, and already have, recommend Castle Windows without any hesitation, I really can't speak highly enough about the whole job, from start to finish.Monday 28th February 2022

Door fitted but paint missing in parts and when called was promised someone would come out with paint to rectify damage. 2 years later still waiting!!! No communication, customer care non existent and Numerous telephone calls and promises of paint but nothing. Very disappointed in customer service and after care!Friday 13th May 2022

This is the second job that Castle have undertaken for us - the first was the supplying and fitting of a Porch Conservatory. The service and quality of both of the builds was superb. The fitters were professional, clean, courteous and hard working. We're absolutely thrilled with our new Orangery and less recent Conservatory.
