Louis provided a positive and customer-focused service throughout our decision to install CCTV at our house, and the subsequent installation and post-installation support. Louis provided clear answers to my queries when we decided who to employ. Once selected Louis was proactive, informative, very supportive and flexible as we planned the installation. During installation Louis was conscientious and professional in his work. The work was completed in good time and to a high standard. The CCTV has proved exactly what we needed and Louis has returned to advise us and to fine-tune the notification settings. We’re very pleased with the quality and effectiveness of our installation. I fully recommend Louis to anyone considering a CCTV installation.
