Charged Services is a CCTV and Alarm specialist installer based in Essex. We are manufacturer approved installers of both professional grade CCTV systems and alarms whilst also being City and Guilds Qualified Electricians. This enables us to deliver a whole package to our customers without the need for additional contractors to complete our installations. Backed by our Parent Company J&G Systems we have over 30 years experience in IT related systems and are experts in IT Networking, Smart home systems, CCTV/Security and the overall integration of these systems. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality solutions to our customers requirements. Our specialist skills come from our roots as IT specialists. Most of the shelf products present customers with “Ideal world” results but in practice these usually do not deliver. Regularily we get calls from customers who are dis-satisfied with off the shelf products they have purchased due to the effects it has had on other things in their property such as their Internet connections. The Charged team installed CCTV for us a couple of years back and we recently asked them back to upgrade the cameras to the latest versions that also offered additional functionality. Chris and team have also installed outdoor lighting for us, replaced indoor lighting and sockets too. The knowledge, experience and personal touch the team bring is second to none. They take the time to understand our needs and are always on hand to offer advice on all electrical and other IT/Technology matters. Any follow up queries are answered quickly. Recently used Charged services for security system internal and external of our house. We also had security lights,electrical gates installed with fencing and I can't emphasise how impressed my partner and I was. I spoke to Chis previous day and he came around the following day to quote us. I quite like the fact he was very professional,efficient, very intelligent and most of all very honest. He listened to us and catered to our needs of what security system was best suited for the property to ensure the most maximum security for us to feel safer in our home. Within a short space of time Chris and James completed the work they promised us. They performed beyond our expectations. One of the things that impressed me most about this company is their work ethics and getting the job done to perfection. They are honest, genuine ,trust worthy and a hard working team .On completion of the work Chris is always there to support and respond to any concerns we have. These guys are amazing. I could not be happier with both the product and service provided by Charged Services - Chris and James worked incredibly hard to make sure I could have everything I wanted - The best alarm and camera system I have seen (Camera Quality is unreal) - no wires showing - would recommend to anyone 10/10
