shazza bopstar5 StarRich and his colleague kindly came out after we had some problems with our boiler. He offered me dates i couldn't do but was able to come on a date suitable for me. Prompt and friendly, he sorted the issue and serviced the boiler. We were let down by another local company for a service. Rich is local to me so I will definitely use his services again. He has left us with operating radiators while we await getting the necessary work done. I was left without gas and hot water and needed emergency help. He was round within an hour of my call and dealt with the issues promptly. I had no understanding of the size of the issue and he was reassuring and definitely put my mind at ease. Whilst he was sorting the issue, I enquired about boiler servicing and was going to book him for a future date. But he was kind enough to do it there and then for me!!
