I had a collection of 5 valuable Sony Walkman Professional cassette players in various states of not working. Simon and his colleagues brought them all back to life functionally and cosmetically. I could not be more pleased by the quality of service - outstanding. I live in Edinburgh but it was well worth the trip to Chester. Can't thank you enough.

What can I say…? My AppleWatch 4 failed after being repaired (new battery). The screen came loose and I was told this was due to water ingress. I suggested the water ingress may be something to do with the fact that the screen wasn’t fitted correctly in the first place. Chester Repair Centre refused to put it right unless I paid a further £100. I suggested we meet 1/2 way rather than have a protracted to and fro just to get the matter resolved rather than scrap my watch. I was told that £100 was already 1/2 way as price should be £175. Funny that, as where I come from 1/2 of £175 is not £100. If you’re thinking of having your Apple Watch repaired here, think carefully. I asked for them to return my watch and I was told only if I paid for postage! I’m now £100 out of pocket including posting the watch to them twice and I don’t even have a watch to sell for spares. Very rude and abrupt. AVOID
