Kyle Bennett1 Starinitially called out for service on a back-boiler - they didn't attend - called and was tole another date - they didn't attend - finally agreed for them to come another evening. They attended and persuaded me to buy a new boiler. Woke up to my hot water proper scalding.
So I contacted Louis at Chiltern Plumbing & Heating, to see if I could book him in. He came within 90mins on me making the call.
I required a new 3 port valve. He replaced within a hour off arriving and left me one happy customer.
