At Chitty's Cakes, we understand the importance of providing you with high quality products that meet your budget and expectations.  We take your ideas  and flavour suggestions and create cakes that will be the star attraction at your party or event Chitty's Cakes was originally set up in the heart of the creative quarter of  Digbeth in 2015.  Now owned and run by Julie Steed the same high service and quality have been central to the businesses development.  Whether it is in our classes or the cakes we bake we stick by these standards. Our classes are designed for all levels of students - from the beginner to the experienced.  The courses range from baking cakes and biscuits to the fine art of creating delicate flowers or fun characters to decorate your cakes.  Please take a look at the courses that we have scheduled and book yourself and maybe a friend!

Delicious dairy free lemon christening cake, decorated perfectly based on a picture I sent over. Brilliant communication from Julie throughout. Everyone loved the cake and we were delighted ! Would highly recommend (and already been asked lots who made the cake) and will use again in the future. Thanks Julie and team! :)

Chitty's was great to work with and they worked with our venue so well! As soon as we tasted the biscoff cake at a wedding fayre we were hooked and couldn't wait to book them to bring our vision to life. We had one cutting cake and cupcakes as well, all were individually iced with beautiful succulents which many other suppliers had told us were either not possible or too expensive. So many of our guests mentioned the cake and it was such a beautiful showpiece. We even managed to get some vegan cakes at the last minute to ensure all our guests were catered for. Highly recommended.

Customer service is fantastic. Julie is very polite and considerate. Her company makes delicious cakes. She made my daughter’s birthday cake exactly how I wanted it and everyone enjoyed eating it. I would highly recommended ordering from Chitty Cakes - you won’t be disappointed. They also go out their way to deliver your order to you ❤️

Very disappointed. Ordered a cake for my child, confirmed the price and delivery. After providing my address for the delivery, didn’t hear anything for a while. Emailed the company 2 days before the date the cake was supposed to be delivered. Got a reply that apparently they didn’t receive my full address therefore won’t be providing my 4 year old child’s birthday cake. I got really worried and replied with a screenshot of the prior email which contained my full address. After that they didn’t even have the decency to reply to me. Cried for 2 days that I’ve let my son down. Needless to say, I will never use this company’s services again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Chitty’s have been great to deal with on the ‘many’ occasions we have used them. They have always met the brief and more (with their innovative thinking which they manage to expertly translate into their creations). The bakes are spectacular and tasty which is the reason why Chitty’s have been our ‘go-to’ cake-makers for our special birthday celebrations.
