The quote was extremely competitive and very thorough, and there were no hidden costs throughout the job. He went above and beyond and dealt with all the obstacles that arose through the project excellently. Everyone that came to work on the project was extremely tidy, ensured everything was covered and cleaned up after themselves. Cipriani made sure we were 100% happy with everything before he left and rang back the next day to check everything was still okay. All in all he was an excellent workman and very professional, polite and friendly. We would 100% recommend him and would definitely use him again.

Ciprian has recently done the renovation of our kitchen and WC. I am extremely satisfied with the result and the whole experience, from the beginning to the end. Ciprian has been very helpful and extremely professional throughout the process. He planned the project carefully and I was positively surprised with his punctuality and the hard work of his team. He cares about the customers and he would go above and beyond to do the best for them. It is worth adding, and I truly appreciate this, that he was willing to come back after he had completed the work when we needed to ask his advice. I would definitely recommend him!

Highly recommend Cipriani Plumbing Services, I’ve had both my bathrooms redone and they surpassed my expectations! The service was fantastic; they were efficient, trustworthy and delivered the end product at a high standard. Ciprian was flexible with what I wanted to achieve and I’ve got no complaints. I now rehired him to renovate my kitchen, cloakroom and conservatory.. it’s going great! They are definitely worth the price as they use high quality products to ensure long lasting satisfaction.

We were really pleased with the work that Cipriani and his colleague carried out. We required a total refurbishment of our bathroom and toilets and this was done efficiently and very professionally including installation of new bath, shower, toilets and vanity units plus tiling and painting.
