Absolutely shocking! Had an issue with my windows back in November and a gentleman visited my property to assess and promised I would get a quote. Received an estimate on 03/12/2021 and accepted it but was told parts would be ordered and I would be contacted to arrange date. Had to chase them for the next 3 months until early March as they were claiming parts on back order. However, with a simple google research I could easily find the parts from multiple suppliers. Asked them to come and fit the parts I would buy, and I was told they can't do it. Left me with broken windows during winter months for absolutely no reason. Finally decided to call a different company and in 2 days they came to assess,sourced parts and fixed my windows(2 hours job). I can only assume they did not want to do the job. Unclear why they did not tell me from the first moment. Absolutely unacceptable! Not even deserved one star.

Had a new door fitted/replaced today. The company called us the day before to let us know someone would be with us around 8am. The guy was on time and professional. The standard of work was excellent and now we don't have any issues with the glass door. I'd recommend this company based on my experience today.

The guy who dealt with us was short with answers on the phone. Turned up, fixed the issues in seconds. But when asked he failed to tell us what the issue was and how to fix it in future. Also only dealt in cash. Given them two stars because they were quick to respond.
