Once you have a confirmed a booking with us you will be given a start date which will not change, we then can begin the process of choosing the items you require. We work with all manufacturers and have great experience of bringing customers ideas to life. You will have a designated manager for the entire job who will arrange everything needed, as well as taking all the measurements to ensure everything fits. This is invaluable to the customer, as your project manger will be your sole point of contact who will take responsibility for ordering all your items. Our team cover all trades necessary to complete a full bathroom refurbishment from start to finish, this includes wall removal if necessary.

Our team can carry out plumbing, tiling, carpentry, electrics, plastering, painting, building, drainage etc. We have a small team who cover everything so the same people turn up each day. We believe that the most important thing in any job is the customers wishes, we do above and beyond to cater to their every need.

Charlie and his team did an amazing job, particularly as the weather was so hot,completely refurbished my bathroom ,made suggestions , kept me updated,the whole team were punctual,polite and professional including Rachel who went here there and every where to get materials. Charlie and his team did a fantastic job of remodeling our bathroom from a wet room to a fully tiled bath/ shower. We are extremely happy with the workmanship. Charlie was great with helping us choose fittings and suggesting items where we needed help. He made the whole process much easier by ordering the items we wanted and keeping track of everything from start to finish. He and Daniel were neat and tidy, placing coverings on our other flooring so it didn't get damaged and kept us informed of progress all the way through the job. The job was completed quickly, to a very high standard and the area was kept spotless during works. Charlie and his team did a fabulous job at fitting a whole new bathroom. From planning to the last day of the job the whole thing went seamlessly. Charlie and the team, always made sure we were happy with progress and tidied up at the end of each day's work. Between all of them they can do everything which means no other contractors needed to be brought in. They did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier with our bathroom. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
