We called out a Plumber from Cloverleaf for a simple job to be carried out. Neil carried out a gas check when he noticed a gas leak that was over the legal limit. Despite being in the house for numerous hours he could not find where the leak was coming from and switched off the gas supply. Suggested it must have come from under the flooring he advised we could fix this by taking the floor up however the floor would need to be taken up everywhere as it was not possible to see where the gas leak may be present! Another option would be to reroute the gas pipes via the top floor, we live in a town house. He quoted £ 870 for the job! After a sleepless night we decided to get a second opinion. Plumber no 2 from another company found the leak in 10 minutes as he properly tested all equipment’s and isolated and fixed the boiler that had a leak. The boiler was also fitted by Cloverleaf. Beside the leak the inside outgoing pipe seal was not fitted as it is required and that could have invalidated the guarantee. When I complained the response, I got is that Neil is a qualified plumber, and he did the right thing and made the property safe! The response is missing the point! I did not complain about any of those. But the shoddy and incompetent work. If one plumber can find and fix the problem why can’t he? And what if we took his advise and carried on with the unnecessary and expensive work which would not have solved the problem anyway. Stay away !

Bathroom refurbishment and new boiler in Bromley. Cloverleaf Plumbing were good at first but the suggestions they made within a year we had to argue with them about the size of the hot water cylinder they provided and eventually they changed it and they could not resolve problems with the design of the bathroom and now if we use our bathroom we have to compromise to avoid leaks onto the ceiling below. It’s a shame because I did ask for help when designing a family bathroom and what we actually got was a show bathroom only. Not one for heavy use. I can no longer recommend them for design assistance, ongoing customer service and knowledge.

We had a unidentified leak down walls, out light and electric sockets and pooling in the kitchen (temporary swimming pool). It was a nightmare! Grace was super helpful, friendly and empathetic over the phone and found a suitable time and engineer/plumber to come out ASAP!! Dylan arrived, and quickly got to work, he found the leak in no time! Explained how the pinhole leak may have occurred and fixed it! Super friendly, quick, professional and even cleaned up after the work putting the carpets back etc. Could not recommend Cloverleaf highly enough! Thank you so much!

One of the most proactive and helpful boiler firm we have ever worked with. Nothing was too much trouble and the team went above and beyond to get our née boiler installed as quickly as possible. We will be using them again for future projects.
