Cobra Security Systems first registered as a limited company in 1978 and over the last 36 years have strived to offer a very high standard of workmanship and equipment. We provide both wired and wire free security systems at an economical price with an inclusive 12 month 24 hour a day Service Contract.Based in Chingford, they offer services in London, Essex, Hertfordshire & the surrounding areas. Unlike some security companies, we won't tie you into an expensive three or five-year contract for your security system, and our service can be easily renewed on an annual basis if required. Cobra Security Systems achieved recognition to the National Approval Council for Security Systems NACOSS Roll of Approved Installers (now NSI, National Security Inspectorates) in 1989 to which we have Gold Accreditation.In 1994 we a chieved recognition for British Standard 5750 ISO 9002, a much coveted award for Quality Assurance, of not only the way we install systems but in the way we manage staff security, screening and training, eliminating false alarms, maintaining up to date records of every system and their security, in fact every aspect of our company.

I wouldn't bother with this firm. I called to get a quote for a service on my home alarm. I spoke to the owner, he asked if I knew the engineer code to the alarm, to which I replied "yes of course, it's my alarm". he replied back with sorry we can't help then. This is a typical company who installs the alarm and keeps the engineer code to tie you up to their terms. Avoid at all costs

Brilliant local company that I can't recommend enough! Whenever we call them about issues their response is super-fast and whoever comes out is polite, friendly and helpful. Same whenever I pop in the shop. Very rare to find such levels of service these days, cheers!

We had Charlie from Cobra round yesterday to fit a wireless alarm and a smart doorbell. It's too early yet to review the products, but Cobra gave us a competitive quote and the fitting service was pretty much perfect. Charlie was with us most of the day; he was efficient, friendly and tidy and the final installation is a very neat job. He got everything online, and took time to go through all the functionality with us including the relevant phone apps. I cannot fault the service we received yesterday. Thanks Charlie!

Great company. Good staff, neat & tidy on the job. I had Installed the Agility 3 system. Cobra logo looks a menacing deterrent on it's own! Service comes part & parcel with year 1 and then optional year 2 onward. Not sure about the review below. Aftercare yet to be tested but they've been going for 30 odd years so must be doing many things right.
