Came down to quote me on a new CCTV system as couldn't get in touch with the last company. Quote received hours after the site visit and accepted. System was installed without any issues and is so much better quality than my old one. I received a text when the engineer is on their way to me and you can track them which I found really helpful knowing exactly when they would be at my door. After service is also excellent as we had an issue getting the app onto another phone. After a few emails this had been sorted. Thank you.

CFS came out to a security system that I unfortunatly had fitted by a inexperienced installer. We agreed the best action would be to rip out and start again. The whole process from the initial call to their after-sales service is second to non. Since installation we have contacted them on several occasions to change settings which have all been completed within a few hours remotely. The cost of the installation and service packages are very reasonable for the service that is received.
