Complete Roofing replaced a flat roof for us recently after we started to get water leaking into one of the bedrooms. They did a great job. Paul was very professional and friendly and gave us advice on the options available. We could tell that quality materials and service were important to him. Despite all this the price for the job was very reasonable and in fact one of the lowest quotes we received. We've had quite a lot of rain since the job and as we expected there have been no problems. In any event Paul gave us a 20 year guarantee on the work! Finally, Paul and his colleague were always punctual, reliable and tidy. Thank you, Alan and Catherine.

I don’t often publicly recommend services, but I take this opportunity to whole heartedly express my satisfaction with Complete Roofing. Paul Miller (and his team) were professional throughout the process – this included explaining the options available for my flat roof repair; the cost implications; the pros and cons for each option and the nature and duration of the works. Everything was completed as described and I would happily recommend the company to anyone contemplating a flat roof renewal.

I've used Complete Roofing on a number of occasions, as have my neighbour and my son, and always had excellent service, a first class job and a been dealt with very professionally. Mr Miller and his team have been both courteous and polite every time we've met and has always discussed every job in detail before starting. I can highly recommend Complete Roofing without any reservations whatsoever and everything they do is guaranteed.

I can thoroughly recommend Complete Roofing who recently renewed two flat roofs for us. From the initial meeting through to completion of the work, Paul presented himself as a professional, personable and knowledgeable specialist in his trade. He provided details of alternative solutions for the proposed work which proved useful in our decision making. He maintained excellent communications during the work which was delayed by weather conditions, circumstances which were beyond his control. The Building Control process was dealt with as part of the package offered. Paul and colleague, Dave, were friendly and always willing to provide updates as the work progressed. I'm not good with heights and Paul kindly took photos of the completed work. Finally, Paul investigated a leak problem on another roof and advised that the roof was in good condition and that we should waterproof an adjoining brick wall, which resolved the problem....another roofing contractor had recommended replacing the roof!
