I wanted to extend my current driveway to get another car off the road. I was quoted a fair price and decided to go ahead with the work. From confirming the goahead to completing the work was 4 working days. The finish is good and I am very pleased. There was a few gentleman that worked on it and each one very polite and friendly.

Andrew was really helpful at our first meeting coming up with a couple of different ideas for our new patio area.
The work was all completed, back in November and we were really happy with the finished work. However later on we realised that some of the cement from underneath the slabs was crumbling away and also a small piece of slab had come loose. After contacting Andrew I was promised that these issues would be fixed, and after several emails finally had a couple of guys turn up to review the issues carrying a mastic gun which they were going to use to resolve the issues!! I sent them away having had to explain the issues in full again and they confirmed that the mix used was far too weak. Since that time I have had further communication with Andrew, who always promises to visit and resolve, but over 2 months later and we are no further forward and to be honest I am fed up with contacting Andrew for a response. After further inspection of the patio, it seems that we now going to have to get some of the issues resolved at our own cost. 
Whilst he may have some great ideas, his after care service leaves something to be desired, and I would not recommend.

Unprofessional, does not do what they said they were going to do, workers sat around and just chucked turf on floor and not butted together, said they was going to flatten garden, never did, said they were going to put a gravel channel under a part of the turf, never did, said they were going to come back and do first cut, but just gave excuses until grass got too long to cut, then ignored me, even though he knew I had cancer and was going through radiotherapy and my wife was having an Operation. STAY WELL CLEAR

Would not recommend this company. We asked them to repair the roof and move garage location at beginning of November. They were disrupted by wet weather, but the standard of skill and their communication with us was very poor. We informed them of significant leaks at the garage base late December and they have still not sorted it out despite numerous requests and claims they would resolve the problems and it would be made watertight. They were resistant to taking responsibility for poor workmanship and were rude and defensive. We paid a lot of money for the job trusting they would behave responsibly, but they have not done so and we are having to pay another person to sort out the mess they made, eg base too large causing poor drainage. Very frustrating and disappointing despite seeing good reviews prior to selecting them to do the work.

Andrew was extremely quick to respond to my request for a new front garden design. He came round the following day to discuss the plans. Work started the following week. His workman kyle & Mark were very friendly, professional & hard working. My garden has been transformed! I could not be happier with the result. Thankyou Andrew, Kyle & Mark. Would not hesitate to recommend Conkers.
