Brilliant product, I have owned and continuously used my CFQ100 for 7 years now, I called today because I feared it had finally given up but no... it was a faulty SIM card, nothing to do with my trusty ControlFreq!!! As when I first set it up all those years ago, the phone support was excellent and diagnosed within minutes. Can not recommend this company or their products highly enough. British electronics at its best!

I would happily recommend ControlFreq based on my experience. After a spider and a slug both managed to kill my first gate controller (and themselves in the process!), it was time to upgrade to a newer model and Noel suggested the Fusion1K GSM intercom. When it arrived I could see why - it's as solid as a rock with great options. I am happy fiddling with wires and Noel assured me I could fit it myself. Typically nothing is ever straight forward, but after guidance from Noel (very quick to respond as always) I was able to track my problem down to a lose connection of mine, and after that it was plain sailing all the way. This is a great product, and the management interface is so simple to use. If you are thinking about buying from ControlFreq then do it with confidence, and if you are in doubt then I am sure they would welcome a call so they can talk things through with you.
