The detailed advice, options and quotes I received when needing a replacement boiler made it very easy to trust Cooper and Sons to carry out the work and I was not disappointed. They turned up when they said they would and completed the work efficiently. I returned home to a warm house, with no hint of mess. Communication was great. It is so reassuring to be able to leave work in the hands of someone who clearly knows what they are doing. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Absolutely SHOCKING Service... LANDLORD RODGER DAVIES too ALL RELATED DAVE COOPER GRANDSONS THINK IT'S FUNNY too. LEAVING me and my children with no hot water, heating etc for month's and years. I have been a private tenant for 5yrs Lowestoft. They are being greedy quite a few businesses and police and so on, are all not GENUINE. I SHOULD KNOW!!!!!!!

Very friendly and polite blokes. Turned up quickly after I called them. My boiler had a lot of problems and some very corroded parts. Everything was explained to me and shown to me. They done everything they could for me and got it back working at a very good price. Was extremely happy with the friendly, knowledgeable service that was provided

Boiler packed up beyond repair and the guys were there as soon as they could . Replacement fitted 2 days later . The misses was v happy as we had no heating . First class installation. Thanks guys
