Khaleeji Abaya1 StarReceived good hosting support but have unfortunately been let down by their Billing dept. We accidently paid twice to renew hosting package, and Cornish Hosting refused to refund the second payment, keeping it as credit on our account (presumably to secure our business for the following year?). We thought we had done the right thing by paying early and through Bank transfer, as Cornish Hosting specified they preferred bank transfer.
Received appalling customer service from them received when dealing with this issue, hiding behind their t+c, when a refund is so easy to do.Sunday 18th July 2021

My annual invoice was still taken from my bank account, and the above company will not return the money as they hold it a as credit, a credit is no good to me as I have no other hosting's with this company.
I would like to know how am I supposed to spend it.
I have just e.mailed and messaged Cornish Hostings about my money which is in credit in their account, as I see it the only one who benifits are Cornish Hostings (they have not replied not surprised) they are con artist's they con people out of money.Friday 16th October 2020
