Ibby Playz11 StarVery dirty tables. After a customer leaves about 10 min later they clean it. They literally never clean the floor and I had to wipe the chair and the table as it was disgusting. Also, lots of customers have to throw other peoples drinks just to sit at a table. Why don't the staff do it?Thursday 28th July 2022

Service is usually really good. I feel the price is quite high for such a large scale chain with such a monopoly and availability of scale.Friday 2nd December 2022

Staff friendly and efficient despite the constant large queue! It is busy and pressured for them.
