During the first waves of Covid 19, when PPE shortages were causing NHS staff to work in unnecessarily dangerous conditions, we stepped up and offered our services to Gloucestershire NHS to make face visors and cut sets of surgical scrubs on our Zund G3 large format cutting system.
Materials were sourced from Antalis and Canon, Visor designs were approved by the both Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust, then with the support of an army of volunteers from GL11 Community Hub and SnowBusiness we set about making over 30,000 visors, 10,000 sets of scrubs and delivering them to the Hospital stores for distribution.
We are incredibly proud of the contribution we were able to make, however our efforts are insignificant compared with the Frontline NHS staff who risked their lives to help save members of our community. We pay our respects to all the frontline staff who lost their lives in Covid19, they will not be forgotten.

They worked with us to create our wonderful looking hares, designed by children at the school, designed our amazing logo and advertising banners.
