Had all of my Victorian sash windows and a front door replaced. Beautiful quality windows. The fitters were friendly and courteous and really went above and beyond to make sure the renovations were in keeping with the age of the property. Excellent service from start to finish would highly recommend.

Ordered four windows and front door with matching side panels. The windows went in fine and on time. The door was delayed as expected- no issue with that but did not arrive with thumb latch as requested. I was initially told it would take a week then that turned into two, then three then so on- about 9 weeks later and much chasing the wrong one was just purchased off the shelf from Screwfix or Toolstation which could of been done the same day- it was not matching in colour or style so had to wait in total 3 months to have this resolved- ‘ supply chain issues’ we constantly being used as an excuse but when the install manager eventually looked into it they hadn’t been sent and then two arrived on his desk the same day! If they were actually looking after their customers and following things up this would have been highlighted straight away and resolved. They really are not fussed about looking after you. The fitting guys are excellent- office staff not so!

We had the whole lot done; replaced windows, soffits, fascias, gutters and downpipes. Excellent from start to finish. A really clean finish to the house and would recommend.

Beware of this firm. They purchased a number of apple contracts at a very small percentage of the contract value and are now trying to enforce them over a year later when no previous contact has been made. Not really reasonable time....section 52. Case has also been lodged with trading standards but if anybody wants to get in contact to share experiences and possible legal proceedings please leave a message. Further on from reply I state again no contact has been made at all until February 2020, funny how first contact made in February 2020 was answered straight away. For contracts bought for a small percentage the very least that could be done when trying to enforce contracts worth £000s would be recorded delivery or follow up call, we actually wanted the windows and can prove that. Look forward to your letter hopefully by recorded delivery this time and see you in court, thank god for household legal protection ...nice stress for my wife who is a nurse in these difficult times, well done County! Others beware and I’m aware of separate legal cases that are ongoing.... others can make their own mind up.
