Lorcan was extremely easy to deal with. One of our tenants had a problem with their uPVC mechanism and we explained the issue, he was keen to arrange access directly with the tenant and all we had to do was pay him when it was done. All sorted a couple of days after contacting. Will definitely be using again and recommending.
