Simon Stevens5 StarWe have a fine pair of electric gates that inherited an intermittent fault. CDS were called to investigate, they responded promptly. From start to finish we experienced an exceptional seamless professional service. Allen the owner / engineer was on site within 12 hours, identified the fault and repaired the gates on his second visit 2 days later to fit new parts. My experience of this company was with one of their drivers who is an aggressive and dangerous driver. They need some anger management and road safety lessons. He tried to undertake me in a flow lane as I was coming in onto oncoming traffic. They then cut me up on a roundabout 1/2 mile up the road.
I rang the company head office and was answered by a very unhelpful person. All I wanted to hear was they would look into it and talk to the driver. But no, I was asked if I had video evidence. As I didnt they were prepared to do nothing. Not even chat to the driver. I was advised it was the MD driving as this meant something. It did, he's an impatient, rude and aggressive driver and shouldn't be on the road.
Parting shot from the secretary was before companies put phone numbers on vans, you just got on with it.
