Truly shocking experience with Cromer electrical. I would not recommend this company to anybody at all. They are chasing my late mum for a debt off £954! They never completed the job infant the electrical installer walked off the job and refused to come back to finish the work. They have terrible customer service skills.

Cromer Electrical undertook the work in our Norwich office to install new lighting throughout our open-planned office space and conference rooms. We cannot thank Cromer Electrical enough, especially Will and Liam on their professionalism and going over and above whilst undertaking the work. Their efficiency was top level and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work. They even took the time to fix our secondary office's door handle, which of course isn't an electrician's responsibility and carried this out free of charge and of their own accord. Perfect service!
