Barbara Garside2 StarWhile the meats were very nice and tender the stuffing was very dry. The girl serving was very poor at carving and I ended up with chunks rather than slices. A lady did try to advise her it was not satisfactory. The decor was in need of redecoration.Sunday 26th June 2022

andrew sharrock5 StarWe stopped going to the tavern a while ago the service and food relay dropped off.But I am happy to say with a change of management its now back to being a good place to eat out again. every time we now go for a carvery it looks fab if not they change it fresh food before they serve it. The tavern is now on just eat the take outs look well worth the money Sheldon and john the cook's are always happy and greet you with a smile and go that extra bit to make you welcome.Saturday 7th May 2022
Jason Lee Patrick5 StarAbove average food. Not wafer thin slices if you're having a Sunday lunch. Other food is great too. Dedicated pizza station inside. Good staff, bar can be a little slow. But all in all have returned there for Lunch many timesMonday 2nd May 2022
