Absolutely amazing service, really friendly staff and so helpful. All paperwork was so easy to deal with and was done very quick. Such a professional service and the car i bought from them is fantastic, all the right checks were done and they made sure the car was in perfect condition mechanically and cosmetically, before i left the dealership. Fantastic guys from start to finish. We dealt with James. We arrived without them knowing we was coming. He asked if we needed anything to come find him. We prefer not to be hounded on arrival and they did not disappoint. (Can’t stand a pushy salesman) James gave us the keys and told us to take it for a test drive. My son fell in love with car and we have since purchased the vehicle. He told us all we needed to know and more about the car. We wanted to show the car to my husband so we left a refundable deposit and when we arrived 2 days later the car was gleaming. All the guys in the workshop made you feel welcome too. Great job guys. 5 ⭐️

I bought my lovely 3 series M sports from this dealer. I absolutely loved my car and the price I paid was really good too. It’s nearly 5 years old car and it looks like new. There was no single spot on the body work and interior was very clean . The sales people were very friendly specially James was very honest and helpful guy. I really appreciate your service James. Absolutely first rate service from Alan and the team at Crossroads. The whole process was so easy and seamless. I purchased a fantastic BMW z4 from them and due to their outstanding service, two weeks later we returned and my wife purchased a cracking Audi TT!
