I had a problem with rats which used to come in through the sewage drain and eats the flexible pipe connected to outlet of the closet and making its way through the panels and entering into the kitchen which is on the other side .Took up my problems with Lisa who looks into the work and suggested with fitting the end of the flexible pipe with a flap so that the rats are unable to enter and it worked out and now there's no rat menace. Good workmanship, sincere work and job done perfectly and to our satisfaction. Thanks to the crown plumbing and their dedicated staff.

Without a doubt the best plumbing company in Surrey. We had an extremely tricky leak that was coming from behind our bathroom tiling and Liam was able to identify this through perseverance and knowledge. He completed the work in no time at all and was able to fit us in really quickly (esp. given the time of year). Despite him spending a considerable amount of time sourcing the leak and figuring out the issue, the amount we were charged was extremely reasonable. Our experience of dealing with the office (Lisa) was also superb and we were kept informed throughout. The quotes and invoice were sent through almost immediately and were extremely to navigate and pay. Cannot recommend Crown plumbing more. 5* all round. Thank you!

When my boiler failed on Saturday morning, I expected a weekend without heating. I was lucky to find Crown Plumbing, who sent an engineer within an hour. Dean arrived, diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes, explained what had gone wrong and fixed it within an hour. Altogether a very professional service, with excellent communication by the office and the engineer. Crown Plumbing did a great job and I'd recommend them highly
