I had a leak in my main water shut off valve which was an emergency. I called Crystal Plumbing and they had a technician at my house within the hour. He knew immediately what needed to be done. He was friendly, polite and professional. He took the time to explain things to me. He did a clean and expert job. I was very impressed with everything. I will definitely use Crystal Plumbing for any future plumbing jobs.

Associate from Crystal Plumbing installed a new garbage disposal for us. Everything went beautifully from removal of the old to the install of the new. He was very friendly and professional. I appreciate how he took time to explain and answer my questions. His work was excellent and the area was spotless when he finished. This company did a superb job with what we needed done. They were here early and got right on it. Did a fantastic job and would recommend them for all your projects. Called them and were out here the next morning. None of this week or two waiting and didn't need to send a technician out here ahead of time to inspect what needed to be done. Even did a little dance for me. Cannot say enough good things about this company.

Called and booked an EMERGENCY plumber and was told I needed to pay upfront which I did and payment was taken. This was at 2.30pm and I was told to expect the plumber soon. Called again an hour later to be told the plumber would be here ‘before 5pm’ and when I expressed urgency I was told it would be ‘as soon as humanly possible’. Low and behold it’s now 6pm and no sign of a plumber and I cannot reach the business by phone despite it apparently being a 24 hour service?
