Charmaine sent in a team of 2 to do a deep clean on my apartment - it's a late 19th century place with 11ft ceilings and fancy old plasterwork throughout. My previous cleaner retired a few months back and I've been playing at keeping it clean since; I needed professional help. The team were friendly and industrious. They did a great job which was especially visible in the 2 bathrooms and the kitchen. The whole place seems refreshed and it just feels great! Highly recommended; just don't skimp on the time it actually takes to get a good job done.

Initially we got Crystal Shine to do a deep clean on our house. The team did a fantastic job and left our home sparkly clean. They now do a fortnightly clean for us and the standards are still as high. So nice to go in to the weekend with a clean home. Thanks to Charmaine and the team.

I have used this company many times now, and had them come again last week to do a deep clean of my house, I’m happy to say their standard has never dropped and the staff were so friendly and respectful as always, they even kept checking in with me to make sure I was happy with the clean once they completed a floor which I appreciated.

Honestly the best cleaning we've had in Nottingham, they came last minute and did a deep clean, our oven is sparkling, we were shocked that they even did it. Highly recommend. Also staff were very kind and accommodating.
