First time shopping in Crystals today and what a pleasure it was. Beautiful items and with earrings half price I was tempted to buy a lovely pendant and 2 sets of earrings. The lady in the shop was lovely, helpful and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back😁x

I wanted to pop down after work to get my son a crystal for Christmas. Unfortunately I ran late and didn't finish until 5:15. So knowing they close at 5:30 I called the shop to ask if I made a dash for it would they wait. Now I work in town so should have been there by 5:30 latest! The lady that answered the phone was very rude. Said she was closing at 5:30 on the dot as was "going out" obviously far more interested in her social life than business! unprofessional and rude. I will be going to the other crystal shop up the road now which is also a lot cheaper!
