The only reason I shop here is because of John , he works on the shop floor as you walk in , ask him a question he will help you with the right answer, he will help you purchase the right parts you need for the job and up sell you something else which you will need. I only come here because of him! I believe in people make places you can have a million pound stock on the shelf but with the wrong people selling the items it will still be on the shelf next year ! Great place ! I was in there last week and it’s got even better the shop floor has been extended so you can see all the products on sale on the shelf’s.

Excellent work on a tricky electrical fault that no one else in the area would take on. The team did intelligent fault-finding, identified the problem in a data bus, and offered a solution that saved me £1500. Very impressed.

Brilliant staff, John is an incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant guy, helped me out getting some parts for a very old plant machine. Used them before for consumables and LED lights also. Great selection on stock.
