We were having our Kitchen designed and fitted and needed to change the style of our radiators and to move our washing machine into the garage to create more space. We contacted Charlie for a quote and he was really helpful, sourced the modern radiators we wanted, advised us well and had a quote over to us swiftly. We went ahead with the works quoted and was really impressed, Charlie was really informative and always ensured areas were kept clean and tidy at the end of each day. All piping was kept tidy even if the job was a bit awkward. Really grateful for what Charlie has done for us, by moving the washing machine into our garage we now have more space in our kitchen, have a little utility room and also our new radiators look incredible and have also allowed more space. Highly recommend Charlie and the team!

CSH plumbing and heating were efficient, tidy and helpful. I needed my kitchen sink tap changed because it kept leaking and also needed a power flush (which I didn’t know until they explained it, a couple of the radiators weren’t getting as hot as they should of) whilst they were power flushing, I was intrigued to watch what was happening, and I couldn’t believe what can come out of a radiator if this isn’t done regularly. They also put some sort of fluid into the system which they said protects the inside, and now my radiators are the perfect temperature. CSH was super quick and before I knew it, they were done. Thank you so much Charlie for your help and also thanks for answering all my annoying questions about what you was doing!

After deciding to renew by kitchen sink and taps, i called CGM Plumbing spoke to girl on phone and emailed her a photo of the type of sink and taps I was looking for, They emailed a quote back and I booked an appointment after which they explained the procedure during covid. A guy came round on time, all professional looking on time with mask gloves etc, he got to work straight away, when finished socially distanced showed me the new sink working. I was very impressed by this company’s work ethics, left no mess either, and even enabling to pay electronically on line, if I wished. Would definitely use them again
